Do you store my Garmin password?

No. Your password is forwarded once to Garmin to obtain tokens and is never stored by Pulsai.

Who can access my MCP endpoint?

Only whoever holds your private URL. You can regenerate it at any time to revoke access.

Can I disconnect anytime?

Yes. You can unlink Garmin or Apple Health from your panel; Apple Health can also clear imported summaries and workouts.

How do I connect Apple Health?

Install Health Auto Export - JSON+CSV, generate your Pulsai ingest URL, then create two automations: Health Metrics and Workouts. Use JSON v2, Summarize Data on, and the same URL for both.

Is Apple Health free in Pulsai v2?

Yes. Apple Health stays open/free in v2 while Pro pricing applies to Garmin and advanced coaching features.

Do I need Garmin or Apple Health for Safety Check-ins?

No. Safety Check-ins work without Garmin, Apple Health, or a watch. You can create a check-in with a trusted contact and a return time.

Is Pulsai live GPS tracking or an emergency service?

No. Pulsai is not an emergency service and does not provide live GPS tracking. It sends Email + Telegram alerts to your selected contact if you miss a check-in.

What is included in Free?

Free includes essential read-only Garmin tools, Apple Health in v2, and 5 Safety Check-ins per month with Email + Telegram alerts.

Which AI clients can I connect?

Claude Desktop, Gemini CLI, Codex, OpenCode, and other MCP-compatible clients. Some clients use a remote URL directly; others need mcp-remote through npx.

Why does Claude Desktop not find npx?

Apps launched from Finder or Spotlight often do not inherit your shell PATH. Use the absolute path from `which npx` in the MCP config.

What does “Dev mode: no real Garmin tokens” mean?

The MCP service is running in sandbox/dev mode and is not loading your Laravel tenant tokens. Turn off PULSAI_DEV_MODE for real Garmin calls.

What does “unknown tenant” mean?

The private MCP URL does not match an active endpoint. It may be revoked, copied incorrectly, or from another environment. Regenerate the endpoint and update your client config.
